Meet Our Board
The following positions are elected by the membership each year at the annual general meeting from interested members in good standing. These positions constitute the executives of Harvest House Food Bank. The Board will appoint at least one member-at-large.
Membership in the society runs from March 1st to February 28th.
Maybe you want to try something new. All positions are open for consideration each year.
Positions responsible to the Board: Events Manager, Purchaser, Volunteer Coordinator, Communications Manager. We encourage our community to get involved and consider these positions in time for the AGM in the first week of June each year. Time and date will be posted in the Chemainus Valley Courier a month before the AGM.
Many of these positions have been held by people for many years and they are ready to step down. If you are interested, please reply immediately. The success and future of the Food Bank depends on volunteer involvement and community involvement.
